Smart Remodeling Solutions is a small family owned and managed company that has been in the real estate and construction industry for over 30 years.

Giuseppe Rizzi and his wife Miriam Rizzi are the founders and ran a real estate investment and construction company close to Venice with about 50 employees for over 25 years.

 

In his career Giuseppe has developed a significant amount of residential constructions, and remodeled buildings more than 300 years old!

 

Giuseppe is an expert construction manager with a vast knowledge of rehab techniques, and finishing materials especially “Made in Italy”.

Today, the company is also proudly managed and owned together with Sebastiano and Federico, Giuseppe and Miriam's sons, ensuring the family’s tradition of excellence continues for the next generation.
