This was a great project for 3 small units in a residential multifamily complex in Miami Beach.
The objective is to remodel every single unit and we have been able to remodel each unit every time there is a moment of vacancy. We have developed a template which allows us to upgrade the quality significantly, making it able to do a full remodeling within only 3 weeks!
